Black Mountain Honey was founded in 2015. It's a family run, commercial bee farming business, producing artisan honey products, UK mated F1 queens and nucleus colonies.

​We are committed to striving towards zero carbon beekeeping, measuring our environmental impact and capturing our carbon footprint. We understand the journey towards zero carbon status is a difficult one, but we are committed to stand by our values and look at reducing our carbon footprint, wherever possible.

We are dedicated to increasing biodiversity and improving pollinator habitats across North Wales. We often run promotions where we give away free pollinator seed mixes with our jars of honey and nucleus colonies.

We have a dedicated YouTube channel where we post beekeeping tutorials, products reviews, competitions, instructional videos and much more.

We post on various social media streams so you can follow our story in real time.
